Still writing a story

The upcoming story for a submission to a magazine is taking slightly longer than I anticipated. But, this is causing my writing to be filled with more details that are relevant to the setting of the story. So on the one hand, more details which are necessary, on the other, writing is taking more time than I'd like it to. But, I've got several more ideas burning in my brain from writing this story.
